It was a 2 stage process and the team was lovely. The first stage was an initial Teams Call with one of the members and it was mostly about you, what you do, and why you want to work for Cavendish. The second stage which was in-person in the office was with 2 team members. It consisted of a written task where you had to write up a stakeholder engagement plan for a client, a social media post, and a letter inviting the stakeholders to an exhibition regarding the project. The team was lovely and welcoming. If you like communications and consulting, this is the perfect role and place for you- with the office in Bank.
