This was one of the easiest interview processes I have ever been a part of. A recruiter contacted me after finding my resume on CareerBuilder and had a phone interview with me then recommended that I meet with their local manager. I met with Rod and it was probably one of the easier interviews to get through, in the interview I found out that the regional manager was my same age (young) and he mentioned the high churn rate of the sales representatives (which was a big red flag for me).
