General Questions. Interviewer wasn't very experienced. Appeared nervous. Manual process. Test was irrelevant to the job I was applying to. Place seemed disorganized. Lot of my questions interviewer didn't have any answers. I had to ask a lot of questions to understand what was expected. Interviews didn't explain the company well.

Entretien
1. Online upload of resume 2. Contacted by recruiter 3. Brief phone conversation about the position with a few pre-screening questions. 4. In person interview with training manager 5. Group interview, including a training presentation. I didn't feel comfortable with the location & you would have to travel to two other offices as well. I also didn't realize that they are an outbound collections agency- which is fine if you like training hundreds of new hires in the same process due to high attrition. The compensation was a bit watered down- considering all of traveling and high volume training.
