I was interviewed by one of the department managers. It was extremely short, perhaps 2 or 3 minutes. I was told briefly about the job, asked why I had applied and if I had any previous experience. That's it. They seemed desperate to hire anyone (which I later learned was because of a very high employee turnaround rate) and called me only a few hours later to offer me a three month trial.
