Applied online. Contacted by Legal Counsel by email for in person interview. Went onsite for 90 minute interview. Sent follow up emails never received a reply back after initial interview. Poor candidate experience. Don't ghost your candidates, provide feedback, conduct a phone screen to make sure salary aligns with job and don't waste candidates time with no feedback. Its very unprofessional.
