Interviewers were engaging and interested in me as a candidate. They asked more questions than just ones related to my technical experience, aiming to gauge if I would fit in with their company culture.

There were two stages. The first was with a HR person and the second was with the engineering managers. The interviewers were very friendly. Ask mostly Behavioural questions. After the interview they kind enough to give a tour of the whole company.

Entretien
I just went through the phone interview (first step) and it was a surprise. He called me and started asking me questions and i was really confused. I clarified and found out he was phone interviewing me for a position. I was unaware of the position tbh because i applied to so many on the site and was unsure how to ans questions asked about the position. I wasnt scheduled for it and was called in for an in person interview (next step)
