      Entretien

      I was contacted via email about an opportunity with Cellular Sales. I was asked to call to find out more information. I called and went through a screening type phone interview. After that interview it was explained to me that they would definitely be sending me to the next round and I would hear from them in a week or so. I was contacted to schedule the in person interview which I was told that it would be combined because the Regional Manager was in town so he would go ahead and do his part as well. I interviewed in a panel type interview by two individuals. I was asked very sales type questions like What makes you a good salesperson? If you had to describe yourself in three words what three words would they be? Why should they hire me? Then I was asked a series of questions in reference to my previous work history. The two individuals that interviewed me seemed like they really hated asking me those questions but they had to. It was actually pretty funny how many times they said, "GREAT ANSWER". It almost became redundant after a an hour and a half. After that tedious round of questioning I was asked to wait out on the sales floor then I was approached by the supposed Regional Manager. He came off extremely arrogant, shady, and skeptical; however, it was a great interview for me as he offered me the job. I was offered $10 during training and then 100% commission thereafter. I was asked to contact a staffing agency for the rest of the process. You are an employee of theirs before you are actually working for cellular sales because after training you pretty much "OWN YOUR OWN BUSINESS"

      great interview questions, very straight forward and easy to answer and complete. the interviewer was extremely polite and nice. The call was scheduled for 1pm, she was right on time and got straight to the process

      The interview was Quick and easy. They asked very simple questions. Just be very honest and open. Make sure you speak clearly and loudly so you are heard. My interview was by video. Most interviews will be in personn

      We had a phone interview and an in person interview. There was also a personality quiz that I had to take online and then their was a drug screen that was required to get this job.
