All the Leadership Team including Mr.Smruti Dhar, OTC Senior Manager Mr. sandeep Deshmukh were very soft spoken and very humble during the whole interaction sessions happened . While I was genuinely impressed with the organization, role, and people I interacted with, I ultimately decided not to proceed as the compensation package did not align with my expectations. Nevertheless, I hold Cencora in high regard and sincerely appreciate the opportunity and the professionalism demonstrated by the team.
