Long lead time- a very typical 'throw resume in a black hole and wait' experience. Interview process is focused on behavioral interview (e.g. talk about a time when...). Through the behavioral interview, similar questions were asked by 3 groups of people. These groups included direct management, potential peers, sr. management, and a HR representative.

Entretien
Two phone interviews, one with HR and one with Manager. In person interview with manager. If they liked you they would call you back to interview with Director. I did not get that far. From what I am told, this may have been a good thing as company culture is very questionable. Employees did not look happy as they were entering building. Manager was nice, but the department seemed to lack overall direction and strategy, she seemed overwhelmed, I got the sense that she needed to be doing something else besides interviewing me.

Typical behavioral interview questions with plenty of time to ask questions at the end. Met with team lead separately followed by managers. There was no phone interview which is atypical for this position.
