Fairly lengthy process, and very in depth. Interview was typical interview questions and very laid back. Hiring took about 6 weeks and they are very particular on what they want.
Interview process included a phone interview with talent advisor and a few days later a video interview with a care manager and his colleague. The interviews were not long and the care manager was brief but pleasant during process. They are careful not share too much after completion of interview other than to say you will have to wait to be contacted for next steps.

It was a three panel interview where they asked questions describing different scenarios. The scenarios were fairly easy to answer just using real life experiences. Everyone on the panel asked questions and they also gave an opportunity for you to ask questions concerning the position.

I applied to work for one of Centene's subsidiaries, but I'm not even sure how Centene or any of its subsidiaries are functioning at this point. Centene's vetting and interviewing process was very dysfunctional. My interview was held during a career fair in a nice location, but my interviewer seemed unequipped to ask questions and evaluate potential. She spent most of her time struggling to write down my interview answers and she could barely hold a conversation with me. Nevertheless, she recommended that I be hired for the job, only for me to never hear back from the company again. Good riddance because I can't even imagine how disorganized the job orientation process would have been. It seems like the company is more interested in seeming like they have things under control rather than actually having things under control. Perhaps there is an incentive for them to simply have a large volume of attendants at their career fairs, regardless of whether they really know how to manage said applicants. Whatever the case may be, save yourself valuable time and apply to another company.
