Laid back interview with manager and supervisor. No pressure, relatively informal. Questions largely relate to your experience in customer service and to if you are willing to work evenings and weekends

The interview consisted of hosting a pre-prepared game with the other candidates, including setting up equipment, explaining rules, and hosting the session. This was then followed by a formal set of interview questions later in the day. It took around 3 hours total, including the other 7 candidates' games.
