I have years of experience as a HCM HR Payroll Senior Implementation Consultant (REMOTE) and Senior Payroll Project Manager both as a contractor, a full time employee, and working for a vendor. This company did not even give me a chance to interview. Rather I received an email stating “ We appreciate your interest in CentralSquare Technologies and the time you’ve invested in applying for our HCM HR Payroll Senior Implementation Consultant (REMOTE) opening. Unfortunately, at this time we have decided to move forward with other candidates who more closely match the skill set we are looking for in this role“ of course from a Do Not Reply email. I’m not sure how you could have a closer match than my background to this role but I wish them the best of luck in their search. I’ve already received another offer anyway but it is concerning that these companies post jobs then don’t even give candidates with the exact qualifications a chance to interview. I have to wonder if these job posts are even legit. Employers, give ACTUAL feedback. That’s the least you can do after qualified candidates took the time to complete your application.
