You are the one that actually does the interview, asking what commission splits are, what classes are provided, etc
That's how it is done for anybody coming into salesperson position working as an independent contractor. Which brand , which location are you most comfortable with starting your career.

Very thorough but informative. I believe the recruiter took too long in the interview process. I learned a lot from watching the videos as well. A folder was given to me so that I can take it home to inform myself as well.

Entretien
I spoke to the broker/owner and manager. They are very nice and very helpful. They spoke about the company and themselves for a little. They really wanted to know about me and how they can help me to become a great realtor. The interview was really easy. I apply online and got a call within a week. They inform me about the company. They want to know your goals, so they can help you reach it. The broker spoke about how he did it and he can help me do the same or better. The broker/owner spoke about the training he provided.

Easy process with broker discussing your goals . Interview was 1 on 1 in person. Discussed the specifics as far as what was offered and commission splits, fees, etc. There is one on one coaching available weekly which was a big draw for me.
