I was asked to complete a math and typing test. Met with a couple people, and then with the owner of the company. He made me an offer, but also said I could come in to shadow before I decided. I did that a few days later, and then spoke with the owner again after shadowing.

easy. took a quick 30 question math test then met with sales director. came in the next day to meet the CEO then was offered the job and filled out new hire paperwork
