I went through the interview process twice. First time I was contacted by a recruiter, then I interviewed purely through Zoom interviews. I didn't get the job. Second time I was contacted by someone I had met in the first set of interviews for a different job. This time I actually went in for a group interview with a bunch of people at their offices. Then I was essentially ghosted. I wasn't told I didn't get the job. I just stopped hearing from them. I was treated very poorly by this company and I wanted to share my experience. I feel like I was given the runaround not once, but twice. Oh and the first job, the one I lost out on? They laid the guy they did hire off six months later. I've noticed their review ratings have dropped from an average of 4.2 to 3.7 in just one year too.
