Firstly it was an interview/screening of their HR through phone calls. Next was the online interview via Google meet (as far as I can remember) where two interviewers are active (I think it was the AVP and the HR Manager) (these interview had an interval of 1.5 months in my experience) then if you got the job, you'll get another phone call for the news where they'll inform you of the Job Offer that they will send you.
