I got a call from a third-party HR (iworks) to attempt a test for the copy editor position. I got the test from cenveo. They asked me to give the test over the weekend. I spent my Sunday giving the test. After that, they didn't even bother to give the feedback. I mailed them back asking the feedback but no reply. I had to call the third party HR, she told that they didn't shortlist you. This was very unprofessional of Cenveo on not even bothering to reply if a candidate isn't getting selected after I wasting my Sunday to give the test. We are looking for a job out there and these folks on the terms of being "busy" keep us holding on to an expectation. I am not going to apply for Cenveo ever with such unprofessional HRs working out there and I also won't recommend it to my friends.

The HR fellow gave a test to solve after an hour or so of waiting. Post which after an hour he took my interview. He barely knew what he needed and what he was looking for.
