You have to fill up form and they will prepare some test to answer once done they will interview you with some basic questions which you can easily answer. They will explain about the job

Interviewer was hostile. Kept repeating questions and seemed short whenever my answers did not match his world view. He seemed to want me to decline the offer, but was resigned when I accepted.
