Interview process with the team itself was positive however, disappointingly (being that Blockchain ethos is to change the current system to be fairer) Chainlink uses discriminatory practices in hiring procedures. I think this company needs to clean house on their recruitment team. They are the exact opposite of the values Chainlink claims to hold.
