Very long process with a poor communication from the employer. No feedback was provided until you followed up few times. Finally after 3 month recruiting process at the final stage of alignment of the offer was informed they decided to proceed with an internal candidate. Then few months later they have contacted again to invite for an interview for another role.

Pretty standard questions: about background and experience and expectations

Entretien
Phone interview, F2F HR interview and finally functional manager interview. Phone was ok. HR came totally unprepared they came late and finished in a hurry. Functional manager was very polite and reasonable. I think he made a fair selection.
