Interview was ok, easy to surpass if you aren’t dumb. Answer questions as if you are libertarian even though the management is far from it. This place doesn’t practice what they preach.

Entretien
The first part of the process involves an online application, including a short essay about what America means to you. After the online applications are vetted, you are invited to take a battery of tests to measure academic aptitudes. After testing, you are interviewed by a staff member and invited to teach a subject in a class near the level you are applying for. You are given materials for this teaching and go into a classroom during the school day to present your slice of curriculum.

Entretien
Online forms and resume submission. Invitation to go to corporate headquarters, where an aptitude test covering a variety of subjects is administered. Then an in-person interview at the HQ. At that point, you're given a subject to prepare a 20 minute lesson on, including materials to use in that lesson. After that, interview with principal/headmaster at location offering position. At that point, offer of employment.
