Very simple process during covid lockdown. Firstly a digital interview of 5 questions, followed by a 1-2-1 interview with member of staff. All questions related to job description or required skills, with enough time given to answer

I got a simple response to where to be for the assement day. When I arrived we waited in the canteen until taken to a boardroom. We were then given a simple percentage math test. This then led on to groups tasks for a sales pitch, it was simple but needed knowledge of the channel as well as sales. Half the overall group was then taken into another room to be dismissed, which meant not getting to the interview stage. Quite upsettingly, all the people in the group were people of colour. Known for its diversity, I have never been so upset to see this blatant disregard for equality and discrimination.
