I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn, the entire process took 3 weeks with four interviews. Recruiter interview, manager interview, mock pitch, regional manager interview, then references. The recruiter called back to make a verbal offer after contacting references including start date and salary numbers, then ghosted me for a week and rescinded the offer.

Extensive but for a reason. Initial exploratory call with recruiter, formal interview with direct supervisor and then another with the regional supervisor. Plus a case study/mock pitch that they score. Only 2% of applicants make it through

The process ended up being a lot more intense than I expected. In about a week, I went through four interviews, a very long behavioral assessment (200 questions), and had to prepare a mock pitch.
Everyone I spoke with was kind, but the overall process felt like a lot for one role, especially on such a tight timeline. It required a pretty big time commitment and some last minute schedule changes on my end.

Basic interview with a recruiter for screening. I was told I would be moving onto the next round, but received a rejection email a few days later. Terrible communication from my recruiter, very fake and misleading.
