It wasnt hard honestly although I am not sure how competetive it was for the internship. I just sent in my resume and they called me in. It seems they want at least above a 3.0 GPA and some labor experience. After the interview they will take you on a quick tour of the cherryvale plant. After they will discuss some of the pay and any other questions you may have. Easy interview and not stressful at all.
