relaxed, comfortable. Although it was strung out over a long period of time and there was never any certainty, there was also no pressure to perform. One of the principals who I knew interviewed me by phone, and then started the formal process of filing forms. We then spent 2 days in the conference room doing presentations of my proposed job. I felt like I was pitching investors which is what I felt comfortable doing. My ideas in the original pitch are being used for the job today. I've never applied for lots of jobs so I can't really compare it to be fair, but I expect they treat all candidates with the same intellectual freedom. So overall Charter Global is a great place to apply for a job and work.
