Very relaxed interview process. More like casual conversation of previous work experience, goals, and accomplishments. recieved an email and call to set date and time. I was made an offer immediately and began new hire paperwork and process.

Simple and fast the hiring manager was nice and offered me a job I didn’t even apply for I applied for a baker position and she offered me supervisor .

Entretien
They had a very informal interviewing process which took place at one of the dining hall tables during a lunch shift in full view of their clients. While the interview wasn't difficult I was slightly put off by the public nature of the interview in a noisy student environment. The general manager was pleasant enough during the interview though seemed constantly distracted by the students in the room as he would as a question then direct his attention elsewhere in the room.
