My scheduled screener was canceled the day before (after I had spent time researching the company and preparing). They decided to move forward with people further along in the process. Prior to this, they accidentally sent me someone else’s interview request email before catching themselves and correcting it with a follow-up message. I think I dodged a bullet, honestly. Doing things like this is not a good look or applicant experience.
