First, I received a coding assignment composed of 3 questions.
Following that assignment I received an invitation to my first technical interview with the team leader.
Although the interview itself was ok and the interviewer was nice and patient, they never returned to me with any update regarding the continuation of the process.
After a few weeks of waiting I reached out the interviewer asking for an update, and right away I received the "unfortunately" e-mail from the HR.
In my opinion, the way that the process was handled was quite disrespectful.

A conversation with the recruiter and then she sends a homework assignment.
The homework is three questions - two medium and one hard.
Leet Code questions.
Then there is a conversation with the team leader about suitability for the role. (about an hour)

interview with manager, then with human resource that reviewed my cv with me , and then codility test that was based on leetcode in the language i chose, it changes between candidates and was easy-medium

in person, 2 meduim leetcode question and explain about a project of yours. 1 to write the code and 1 only explain the soultion, they explain about the team and the product they are support
