A long drawn out process with poor communication. I went through 3 rounds with Check Point that took 2.5 months from first phone call to rejection email. My last round was borderline unprofessional. I received an email from a contact that I was unaware of and asked to speak that day. With a few hours notice, I had little time to prepare and a second interviewer was also on the call. It didn't seem like my point of contact on recruiting even knew this was happening. Throughout all rounds, the conversations didn't seem intentional or measuring for any one thing/skill set. I'd recommend the recruiting team to come together and cross examine the questions they are asking and determine what they are testing for.
