I applied online. The process took ±1 month. I went through 4 interviews in total, with the recruiter, Sales representative, hiring manager and one with a plane presenting a Case relevant to the Checkout.com The recruiter mentioned that will get back to me in 1 week after my last interview. She contacted me 2 weeks later that she has no updates. 4 weeks I have already emailed the recruiter and still no response from their side. They should at least reply with a decision if they don't want to go ahead. If they really want people that get inspired and respect them, they should also respect the candidates.

Interview process consists of few stages, similar to other companies. Few members of the team were involved: 1) HR phone call 2) face to face with team leader 3) assessment + few members of the team Negative rating was driven by the lack of communication and unprofessionalism of some members of the team.

The first step was 30 min with the head hunter on the phone. Afterwords I had 1 hour 1:1 interviews on zoom with my future manager, N+1 and the Country Manager France. In addition, I had to prepare an exercise at home answering some questions and completing the SOW. The questions and the SOW were reviewed during a live role play with the 3 people that I have met during my previous interviews. I had to show that I am able to work as Sales Engineer with a potential client. Finally, I had one last interview with my N+1 in order to debrief the interviews and check my motivation.
