J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Checkout.com en avr. 2020

I had 3 interviews in total - the first with a recruiter, then the head of marketing and then I presented to a panel. All of the interviews were done remotely due to covid and the process took around two weeks from first chat to offer. I was given a short task for my final round which I found was a good test of my skills (and a good indication of what would be expected from me if I got the role) but equally not too much work (which can often be the case during interviews!) I was very impressed with the process especially being remote.

The difference between the recruitment team and the hiring manager was night and day. After a pleasant first round, the second interview was a complete mess. The manager showed up late, offered no apology, and openly stated they hadn’t looked at my CV.
It was clear they weren't interested in a conversation; they spent the call rubbing their face and eyes, appearing visibly exhausted and bored. They ended the call saying they're really busy and promised to 'look at my CV later,' only to reject me for a lack of industry experience, which they would have known had they read my CV.
Unprofessional and a waste of my time.
