Phone interview first. Follow with 3 round of on site interviews. First round is with the production manager, Second round is with the senior engineers. And the last round is with the HR.

Very intense process, I talked with 5 people and took a short tour during a 3 hour interview. They described their products and asked how I would approach resolving some of the issues.

Entretien
I interviewed with CheckSum over the phone twice but never heard from them anymore. I checked the company website and found out this is not a successful product. They just have one product (memory tester) in a field that has no future. If you want to work for a successful company, stay away from this one. Do not waste your time.
