I had a short phone interview to set up an interview and ask about the position. I met with the HR recruiter then two employees I'd be working under. They explained the position in detail while getting to know more about me. It was more conversational than interview and they seemed like a great company. After I meet with HR again who gave a lower than expected hourly pay range ($17) and had me negotiate before an offer was made. I gave them my minimum considering my experience. They said they'd be in touch in over a week. Followed up after two weeks when I did not hear back then received a standard email rejection in response.
