There is no interview process. Just 2 rounds of selection.
1. Test of your chosen subject skills: You need to score > 60% in that online test. It's easy if you have even the basic knowledge of your chosen subject
2. Test of Chegg guidelines, you need to score > 80% in that online test. It's also easy after reading their guidelines pdf.
