The interview was quite odd. Two people were there – one didn't smile or introduce himself. The other person, didn't turn on the camera or introduce themselves either. When I started talking about my portfolio, it felt like they lost interest. I don't think I'd want to work here; it seems like a place with unfriendly bosses and colleagues. Furthermore, following the interview, I experienced a complete lack of communication from the HR department, as there was no response or feedback provided to inform me of the outcome. This radio silence further reinforced my impression that this may not be the kind of organization I would like to work for, as I value clear and respectful communication throughout the hiring process.
