When the supervisor met me in reception she gave me the up and down look and rolled her eyes. I was dressed professionally for an interview but not over the top or anything. there were two people giving the interview and neither of them had any real question. I basically controlled the interview. i pretty much had my mind made up about the position after the "eye rolling".
