The hiring manager called for screening purpose and asked a few questions. Once getting an interview there are hiring manager and team manager who interview you. After the interview is successful, they do ask for reference call and send the offer.

The total interview process took around one month. They are friendly. I am new to the place, hopefully all going good. They called me for two times, they are really understanding.
