I attended an in person interview with the principal and the assistant principals. They were welcoming and focused on my resume as well as my portfolio. The interview was very in depth. The questions were specific and my materials were carefully assessed by the panel. I was given many opportunities to explain my teaching methods, my experiences with challenging students, and the specific ways I would deal with different scenarios. The interview was about two hours.

2 round interview with about 4 people at each round. No sample lesson was required, but they did enjoy seeing evidence of previous lessons I had planned and taught as well as sample IEPs I had written
