Very simple , they basically asked when I could start and how I had been involved in school and such. Was personal but didn’t ask very hard hitting questions. I started the job a week or two after my interview.
I walked in to an interview event I was the only one there I didn't even have real interview she just asked my hours and hired me, I felt like they should've made sure I was at least a good worker before hiring me on the spot

Informal. I didn’t even know what I would be getting paid when hired and I was hired on the spot. It seemed like the owner had no clue what she was going to pay anyone out of the “probationary” period.
