Initial HR screening lasted 10 min, easy phone call with 2 traders for about 15 minutes. No technicals on either of those. Then was invited for a final in-person interview in the NYC office but declined.

3 rounds First one is just a phone screening with a trader Next is a zoom call with 2 more senior traders The third is with the head trader. Is is better to go in person if you live in the area. Last one is really just a vibe check if you fit the culture
