In person, walk in. Friendly interviewer was the manager of the store. She set realistic expectations about what the job was, and at the end of the interview I got a free cookie!

Interview was very quick, less than two minutes. They didn't ask too many questions and mainly focused on availability. They asked about my hobbies, past job experience, and I filled out an availability chart and then I was on my way.
