The interview took place in the restaurant with customers lining up and placing their orders right next to you. The manager who conducted the interview was kind. It being my first interview the process here was easier than I thought it would be, but my answers weren't as good as they could have been.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
