J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Chipotle (Dallas, TX) en janv. 2016
Entretien
I was asked to meet the recruiter at a coffee shop and waited for nearly an hour after the interview time.
He asked simple questions regarding my managerial style, what would my routine be and mostly personal questions regarding hobbies and life in general. The recruiter was very vague about the position they were hiring for. I am an experienced executive that has interviewed many candidates during my tenure and I had the impression he had written me off long before the interview started.

They sent over a video HireVue link, which had a standardized 6 question interview- this way all of the candidates can have the same questions and be graded on the same criteria. I was invited to do this interview within 48 hours of the link, I am not sure what would happen if you are unable to get it done within that time frame.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Chipotle (Minneapolis, MN) en janv. 2016
Entretien
I was contacted by a recruiter to meet a local recruiter for the initial interview. If I was unable to make the day and time they had selected, I was given the option of doing an online video interview. I met the recruiter at my appointed time. The interview was casual. The recruiter was genuinely wanting to get to know me and gauge my personality for the fit of the role. I was told the environment was casual and to wear jeans. I did so even though I am use to a suit every day. A nice change from a stuffy stressful interview process.
