I applied online and got a call a little over a week later. Be sure to do your research on chipotle! Google "chipotle food with integrity" and read read read! Pretty much what you need to know is that their foods all organic, no antibiotics, blah blah blah. I went to the interview, sat at a table and waiting for the manager. Two managers came out so I got even more nervous but they were super nice and friendly which made me relax and helped me be friendly and outgoing. Say you like a fast paced environment and like to be busy! They asked if I had ever ate chipotle which I hadn't so they asked what I knew about the company so that's where my research came in handy. They didn't ask the usual interview questions like "tell me about a time when..." they just asked me question about myself and availability and stuff. It was the easiest interview I could ever ask for! One of the employees came to one of the managers and said she had gotten a call so she went off to the phone while the other manager just asked me little questions about myself. She said she would have asked me to tell her about a time I had to deal with a difficult customer but I hadn't had a job before so that question was out of the picture. She said she was going to talk to the manager that left to see if she wants to do a second interview so I sat there and waited. They both came back a few minutes later offering me the job! But stopped working there about only a week after I started because I was MISERABLE! It was a lot more than what I expected. They had me at the grill making chips and taco shells- getting burnt by the oil popping isn't fun at all. My hands were so sore they felt sprained. They threw me at the beginning of the line where you have to ask what they wanted. I had no idea what to do or what to do with a burrito or anything but they insisted! Then get frustrated with me because I didn't do something right. They didn't have me go through a training period but still expected me to know where everything was, how to do everything, and know everything that needs to be done. When there were 4 managers there and they all never payed attention to me. They were all kinda rude and snotty towards me. They said I stand around and don't do much when I did what they asked me to do but then it's like what do you expect after not even a week of working there? I don't recommend this job to anybody. I hated it. Only good thing about working at chipotle is free food and 75 cents more than what they usually pay at any other place.

Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day

The interview process included an application, attending a brief in-person interview, answering questions about teamwork, availability, customer service, and attitude, and was sometimes followed by a same-day or quick hiring decision.
