I applied online and got an interview the next day. Went it, the first guy was pretty short. He didn't know my name was didn't know anything about my application. I went in at 4:00 and was on my way back home at 4:06. He asked me to come in the next day to interview again. No idea who the girl was, she didn't present herself, or anything. She just seemed like she was uninterested completely, which definitely disinterested me. There was another guy as well, but he didn't say a word. I knew leaving that I wasn't going to get hired, and I'm glad. They were really unprofessional.

It is an informal interview and relatively easy make sure to show a little personality and why you like Chipotle and if you align with their core values and mission.
