I applied online and got an email within a few days with an interview time. I was interviewed by two people. I don't remember exactly, but I believe one was a store manager and another traveled throughout stores in the area. They were very nice and friendly. They emphasized team building and even told me about their student/health benefits. They hired me on the spot!
