First interview was with other crew members/ maybe asst managers. They called me back in for another interview within days. Offered the position on the spot. .

Nothing really hard. "What are you passionate about? They wanted me to tell them about myself. The second interview was more about telling me what they needed, how far i could go, etc. t

Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
