Had an interview with another candidate at the same time. We were both asked the same questions. Then we had to meet with the interviewer individually. It was not that bad, then I had to come in another time. I was hired on the second in person interview.
Quick chat with manager, 30 minutes, had to speak about my previous work experience, and how I Work with customers and availability as well as commitment to the team for both the current season and onward.
