I arrived 7 minutes early, knocked on the door and a crew member let me in. It was a 5 person group interview including myself. We waited around 15 minutes for the manager but she excused herself for taking awhile. She was very calm and friendly which made us feel comfortable and let everyone talk.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
