I applied on a Sunday and was brought in two days later. Easiest interview I've ever had and got the job on the spot and they wanted me to come the following day for orientation and training.

Interview process was smooth and easy, questions about past experiences, career goals, etc. THought it was a good interview for me and the people were very kind and nice. Would recommentd to anyone who loves eating a chipotle.
There wasn’t multiple rounds, easy questions and less than 30 minutes before I was done. No test of cooking skills live. Was at the chipotle. Employees I met all seemed nice.
